weekend

Today we went shopping for my ATKINS DIET food. It has some really good recipe that are so easy and deliousees. So, I weigh in every week and this week I have lost another 4 lbs. YES' Yes'.
I fell alot better and I know one day I would lose the weight I want. It will take time, because I did not get this way over nite lol. Did not have my grandkids over this weekend so I guess we can do something else.
This is my day off and so I can catch up on cleaning and laundry and shopping.
Just relax and enjoy a movie.

I have been having lots of problem into my blog. Signing is a problem for me.
I think I just reset my password again lol.
Been busy at work and trying to stay busy so I don't get bored.
The weekend is coming up and I guess I will try to catch on thing here at home.
I had a big suprise last month. My foster brother got a hold of me and we had a good chat. Good thing it was the weekend.
We exchange blog and e-mail and I hope we stay in touch not wait another 30 or so years.
We both had grown up and have kids.
I shared my daughter Janalea blog with him, so He can see my beautiful daughter family.
nothing much is going on right now.

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to catch up on things that has been going on here in Mesa.
It was nice having my grandkids spending the night with me and Layne.
They love to go shopping and hanging out at the Mall and eat Fast food.
They also the to ride the local bus and get to push the button for the stop.
We love to take our camera with us when we go place and catch those KODAK
moments.
Just to let you all know that a group of us at work have started the Atkins Diet.
It has been going good and I'm starting to feel better. Health wise.
So, Far I have lost 4 1/2 pounds. I think I did good,
Well, better go now.
